Please allow 24h for a response. All orders require a deposit payment until this is done you are not booked in.

All orders require a deposit payment. Once bank details have been sent your space will be held for 48h to make payment, after that you will have to enquire again to check there is still space.

Deposits are non-refundable if you need to cancel your order the deposit can be used for a new date/booking.

Once the cake leaves us we are not responsible for any damages. If this does occur and you want to get the cake fixed please get in touch (this will be an additional charge) Wedding cakes once delivered to the venue it is then their responsibility for the cake any damages we cant be liable for.

Cupcakes / Treat Boxes

Please carry the box flat and place it in the footwell of your car. Once home, store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

Cakes

Lift cake box from underneath the box as sides of the box can dent the cake. Place in the passenger footwell or flat boot.

Once home, buttercream cakes to be stored in the fridge until 30 minutes before serving.
